    Patricia Bowe Designs  is open online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The office for order processing and website maintenance  is open from 10 a.m. - 4.p.m. Monday - Friday.  The office is closed weekends and holidays.  Orders placed during these times will be processed when I reopen the next business day.

     All bath and body products & jewelry creations are to be used at your own risk.  Patricia Bowe Designs disclaims all responsibility for damage/allergic reactions/personal injury/improper use of any of our products.

    All products shown on our website are not of actual size and all details and colors may differ due to the result of photo effects, lighting, display, your particular computer monitor color settings, etc.  Although I try to capture the colors of the actual piece in the picture, sometimes the colors may not exactly match what you actually receive.  In the event if there are disputes over inaccuracies in color or materials used for products shown and orders received, Patricia Bowe Designs will not be held responsible.

     Perfume oils are fragranced with both fragrance and essential oils and each product is labeled with ingredient information for your edification. If you experience an allergic reaction with any of our products, immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention.

    You, the customer must understand that the jewelry pieces and perfumes you are purchasing here from this store are to be used at your own risk.  If you are dissatisfied with your experience in using this store, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website and the products herein. 

    Links to different sites, online stores, etc. are given as suggestions only.  Any links and products you visit or buy as a result of the author's suggestions is done at your own risk.  We are not responsible for injuries or losses that may occur. 

    We are not liable for problems that arise due to natural disasters(acts of God), man-made disasters, delivery delays, terrorist attacks or any other event that is not in our control.

    *ORDERING FROM OUR STORE

    Placing an order at this store constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement that you accept the terms and conditions of this store as described on this page and on our FAQ page.  Please read them carefully.

    All orders are reviewed by human eyes to insure that everything is correct.  Any mistakes or adjustments to be made are corrected then and you will be emailed with a final email confirmation receipt.  

     We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards (US Currency Only!).   Sorry, we do not accept, checks, mail orders or money orders or orders through Paypal.

     

    We only accept and ship orders within the United States.

    For your records,  your credit card statement will  show a charge from  orders@patriciabowedesigns.com


    Your credit card information MUST match the information you have on file with your credit card company/issuing bank.Your shipping address must also match your credit card information.   If it does not match, the transaction will not be approved and for security reasons and your protection your order will be voided and deleted - NO EXCEPTIONS.

    In case you need your item shipped to a different address, you may need to send us via email or fax a copy of your driver's license along with a copy of your credit card "all card numbers except for the last four digits covered" for security reasons. It is our way to verify that you are the right person ordering and a fraudulent person is not using your information. Along with a small note authorizing us to send to the alternative address. 

    Please make sure when ordering that the information you enter is correct and complete.  Check addresses and check again. Avoid abbreviations if possible.   We do not send or process orders with P.O. Boxes, we must have a physical address to process and send your order.  Please make sure your email address is correct, as all order confirmations and most correspondence are sent to you in this manner.  If we attempt to contact you and we receive a "bounced back" order confirmation email, and no attempt is made to contact us to correct the error or we cannot contact you to verify your order, we will cancel the order without processing it. We use various methods to make sure that the credit card address and all shipping addresses are valid ones, including contacting you to verify the order.  We reserve the right at any time to refuse orders that we suspect are of a fraudulent nature and report all fraudulent credit card use to the proper authorities.  Thank you in advance for understanding.

    Orders $0.01 - $29.99:  $4.95
    Orders $30.00 - $99.99:  $9.95
    Orders $100 and up: FREE

    *Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. 

    ALL ORDERS will require a Signature Confirmation.


    *ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO:  Although this does not happen very often, orders that are to be shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii may incur slightly higher shipping charges and will be added manually to your order.  You will see the adjusted charges in your final email confirmation receipt.

    PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot add items to an order that has already been placed. You must place a separate order.  We do not have rush shipping available at this time.


    *SHIPPING TIMES

    Orders usually take 3 - 10 business days before your order is ready to ship.  Holidays  and larger orders may take longer.   Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 -3 days (according to their online policy).  NOTE:  We have no control over USPS delivery efficiency.  Depending on their delivery load, delivery may take longer.


    *SALES TAX
    We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders with a New York address.



    *RETURN/REFUND POLICY

    Perfumes

    For health reasons, perfume are non-returnable. If you are unfamiliar with a fragrance, feel free to order one of our sampler packs to determine if you would like the fragrance in a larger item. 


    Undamaged Jewelry

     Jewelry pieces may be returned within 14 days for store credit.   For clarification, the 14 day count starts the day you recieve your order.

    Earrings CANNOT be returned for health reasons.

    To return an undamaged piece,  Please email us first at customerservice@patriciabowedesigns.com  with the following:

    Order Number
    Customer Name
    Name of Jewelry Piece
    Reason for Return 
     

    To return your piece:  We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please make sure this authorization number is visible on the outer shipping box.  Packages without a visible authorization number will be returned at your expense.


    Please note that jewelry MUST be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in order for you to get a refund.  All tags attached to the piece must be untampered with.

    Store credit is for the purchase price of the item, NOT including shipping and insurance fees. 

    Jewelry must be in its original packaging and shipped back along with the packing slip and a copy of the RAN  in with the proper packing materials in a sturdy box.  Please do not ship item back in a padded envelope; it will not be accepted and will ship back to you at your expense. 

    Returns received without the packing slip and RAN form will not be accepted and shipped back to you at your expense.

    Your return package must be insured and shipped via a carrier that can trace packages, (UPS, USPS with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx, etc.).   Items that are shipped back and are not insured are exempt from store credit if the item has arrived damaged and there is no record of us expecting a damaged item or an item in need of repair.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/redirected packages.

    Failure to follow the above procedures will result in the package being returned to you and no credit will be given, no exceptions.

    Items placed on sale or closeout are not returnable. 

    We will email you when we receive your returned item.  After inspection, we will issue you a coupon code  via email in the amount of the purchase price of the item to be used whenever you wish. 

    Order Cancellations:

    Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled nor can any item be added or removed.


    *WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

    Workmanship Warranty: 

    All jewelry pieces are covered under our repair waranty for 30 days.

      Warranty covers stringing material breakage only (beading thread, wire, cord, etc.) and clasps (if the clasp is a toggle please be aware that we will try to replace it with a matching toggle but if the design is no longer available we will replace it with another design that matches the piece or a plain toggle, in some cases just a lobster or hook-and-eye clasp).  Warranty does not cover  pendants, findings, beads, kinking, marring, tarnishing or fading of findings or components (eg. silver or gold plate finishes) or imperfections in stones.  Shipping is at customer's expense.  If we cannot repair the piece, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the price of the item (not including shipping/insurance fees which are unrecoverable).

     


    CHARGEBACKS

     We take a great many steps to insure that  your initial order is a valid one before filling it and shipping it to you and it is a great hassle and a loss of hard earned revenue when a chargeback is deemed fraudulent.  

    Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge from us on your credit card and we will investigate to make sure that an order was placed, executed, shipped and delivered. 

    Your card shall be charged a fee of $25 should a chargeback dispute with your credit card company turns out to be unfounded. 

    Orders and Chargebacks issued for fraudulent use will be reported to the proper authorities.


    *ORDER ERRORS

    Although this has never occurred, errors with your order (missing items, wrong items, etc) must be reported immediately upon receipt of your shipment(within 24 hours of delivery).  Error correction is limited to replacement of the items in question. In this case, we will pay for shipping charges to send the replacement item to you.


    *RETURN TO SENDER FEES

    If an item is returned by the carrier as "Undeliverable" because you provided an invalid or incorrect address, or you "refused" delivery, your credit card will be charged for the costs incurred(if any) of returning the package.   If you want the item reshipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping charges.  If you do not want the item reshipped,  a 20% returned order/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refunded when facilitating an authorized refund, just the price of the item.


    *LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES

    Patricia Bowe Designs is not responsible for any lost/stolen/misdirected packages once your order leaves our manufacturing studio.  All jewelry orders and orders over $40 require a Signature upon delivery.

    We ship our items in prime condition, above the standards of USPS recommendations and with insurance.  If in the unlikely event that the outside box looks fine but inside the items are cracked, broken or leaking, the damage must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time your package is delivered to you for product  return and replacement.  If the outside box is damaged, please keep all packaging and report the damaged item to USPS.

    You are ultimately responsible for filing any lost/damaged/stolen claims with USPS as per their policies.  We are not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages once they leave our manufacturing studio. 


    We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages (packages delivered to the wrong address)

     


    *PRIVACY POLICY

    Any and all information you supply to Patricia Bowe Designs will be used for Patricia Bowe Designs business only.  We do not sell information to other companies or media services. We do not tolerate "spam". Our addresses are collected from Patricia Bowe Designs purchases, requests for our gift brochures and requests for our newletter email reminders only. We do not use outside sources to acquire addresses.  Occasionally, we may send sales bulletins or special sales coupons to our customers.  If you do not wish to receive these mailings, just click on the "Unsubscribe" link that is included in every mailing. Your address will be removed immediately.
